Kennc38 I accept your apology. I am currently waiting a phone call from Turfco as I type. I have hopes that they will make the situation right. I am by no means trying to see what I can get. I would like a working machine and reimbursed for costs of receiving a non working machine. I just felt frustrated that I purchased a new aerator and it ended up costing me extra $ not once, but twice to get it in shape to do a lawn. Those issues are fixed, and now it won't start. I have never been one to just go quietly when I feel I have been treated unfairly. Here is hoping to a later post applauding Turfco for handling the situation appropriately.
