I agree with both the post above me.
Trick is to know what your min cost is to operate.
I base my cost recovery on a 9 month year.
I also know my recovery based on 12 months I could give a 25% discount in the off season but I rarely do that much. (9/12) . I will tell people if it is a non-critical wait until offseason.
I have employees so I want to keep them busy most of them can not afford a 2 month vacation.
