That's the plan, there is heavy metal cladding under the concrete, the breaker will break loose the concrete, then we will work under neath with a battering ram attachment to push up and roll and peel the cladding off while the broken concrete falls off. A floor smaller than this one was done exactly the same way on a previous reno job. But a concrete pulveriser on our big hoe is also coming on site.
