Yes, if they didnt pay throughout the winter they do have to make up the difference in the spring. a few of my guys do pay there share throughout the winter and a couple dont. The guys that i float it for I took $50 per week for however many weeks it took to catch up in the spring.
i have a plan through new york state and individual insurance is about $240 per person with no prescription coverage. So there share is only $120/month. Not too bad in my opinion.
