It's not a re-badged Skil unit, as you can see, it is
a Skil unit!
of the things that made it unique is the air motor/vanes are in the handle.( made for a large air motor) The impact mechanism is in the head driven by a bevel gear setup, easy to get to under the triangular name plate/cap.
