The center picture is a set of Snap On tire valve tools. There is a threader for the outside thread on the valve stem where the cap goes. The other is a threader for the internal threads on a valve stem. The other two tools are a valve stem removal tool and a reamer. Although it is not for an engine, it is for the tires that are on landscaping equipment. There have been tools here like the tool that helps putting links on chains that has little to do with small engines. The panel puller is used to pull or straighten sheet metal where you have little access. Yes, it is mostly for autos but I have used it on small tractors.

on those! I got a lot of snapon tools but not them!
I use a small 4-way cross type. Actually I don't use it much at all anymore, just a small plastic handled core remover.
Tire tools are relevant.
