We had only changed the belt on our 3100 a couple of times in over 700 hrs.
Our 2000 is a different story, lots of belts on that one.
Our problem was gum balls, off sweet gum trees, getting between the belt and pulley.
We called Ferris and were told they make a "belt keep kit". They gave us the part #, had our dealer order one for each ztr, solved our problem.
