Depends on which sulky and how much mulch kit cost. If that's the best deal within an hr of you than you should take it. Or if that dealer has a Spring Expo it will be even cheaper then.
I have a Proline with the Super Flow System deck and it stripes better than any other 36" wb. Once I start cutting high grass it doesn't disperse clippings very well, but it doesn't clump either. The Ultracut is a different deck though.
