I tried coming back and doing a system restore, but my system restore points are jacked. I tried patching over, but then installed v10 over it. And deleted the old v9 files in my attempts to repair. And since I no longer have the v9 original install file, I am SOL according to the software company... Unreal how horrible their service has become. The product is so outdated and slow, and they only have a mobile app for a windows mobile platform... i mean seriously?
