Are you doing any landscaping with them in the winter, or just helping when they do snow removal?

Landscaping is completely shut down in the winter here. Too cold, pain in the a$$ to move snow just to work, grounds frozen... all that good stuff. Works out perfect, when the landscaping season is over I go work for this company, plowing and doing snow removal after storms. Then when the landscaping season gets going I go back and work for the family company.
