NewOrleans21, welcome to the site. Man, I tell you, I couldn't agree with you more---Crap work at its finest can be witnessed all over the place. I really wish that clients/customers would do their their diligence before hiring a contractor. It would certainly cut out the BS.

As a side note, if you need an irrigation or professional lighting contractor that knows the craft, we can help you.
