I know people with pre-Katrina contractors licenses that do shotty work. I think part of your licensing should be on-job evaluation - IMO.
NewOrleans21, welcome to the site. Man, I tell you, I couldn't agree with you more---Crap work at its finest can be witnessed all over the place. I really wish that clients/customers would do their their diligence before hiring a contractor. It would certainly cut out the BS.
