Ok the girls description of what is wrong and owners differ. He is saying that it's trying to start but won't. Says you can turn it backwards by hand but not forward. Tells me head gasket or timing belt. Asked him to pull the plugs and try to turn it see if it spurts any water out which would tell me head gasket. Timing belt I won't touch it to big of a chance for valves to be bent. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong or any other ideas
