Thanx Dutch...
I'm thinking that the tools were for removing and repairing a hydralic shaft..
The pipe with the cutter is for truing up the end of a boogered up shaft..
The steel plate with the hole is a ...go...no go.. gauge to make sure the shaft is trued up good enough..
The spanner is to remove the gland nut on the hydraulic cylinder...
Just a guess....
