I agree with those who say buy an open trailer for now. First look for a nice used one, may be hard to find. You will outgrow a 6X12 very quickly, bad way to spend your money now. Grow for a couple years then buy an enclosed. I suggest a 8.5 ft x 16 ft trailer. Mine is 7 x 16. The 16 works well in almost all areas.... fitting into parking spots without blocking another driveway and maneuverability in neighborhoods. 8.5 much better than 7 wide, you can then pass a 48" by a 36" without unloading one or the other.
