This label under general restrictions says do not apply to turfgrass. Maybe valent hasn't updated the google search.

For Poa there are a lot better and cheap products. I think sureguard will cost $500+ for a couple of pounds.

I did go to the website and you are correct. It's only for dormant Bermuda. I'd still be cautious about doing it. I sprayed a sureguard and gly mix in my lawn to test it's control of weeds in beds. It keep a nice "dirt" square for months.
