Great thread. I have a buddy who has done this a lot. He bought out this one guy that had solid accounts. The problem was the guy had 2 or 3 guys working for him and the milked the clock. What should have been a 2.5-3 day route they stretched to 5. He just wanted to get out and my buddy made a killing the first year.
