Actually Lowballing is what you have to do if your in a saturated market, which it doesn't sound like you are, I call it the wal mart effect, it's how they wipe out almost all the mom and pop business's in the area's they go to.BUT! they have cheap products, they pay slave wages and have terrible customer service imop.
