The 2nd picture is a good one / this is annual rye grass the reddish sheath gives its 1st characteristic away, the waxy leaf underside, semi clasping auricle, bud vernation is rolled and its bunch type habit (short stolons & rhizomes) are the identifiers.
The summer heat will bring its end but you won't want to wait that long, roundup then seed in the desired type of turf. No selective science exists yet.
