Honestly there may be applications but they are tied to programs like real groin or similar billing/tracking programs and they are expensive and challenging to use.
I do see a need for a stand alone program to track usages though.
I invoice through quickbooks, route and schedule manually and have a hard card each year for each client that has all pertinent info, goes along with me when routed in, and tracks all usage. I then keep all those for ....well forever at this point since they don't take up much storage room but theres usually a three year or so requirement.
