I have one for irrigation and it's pretty cut and dry. I used excel and made columns for Zone #, Turf or Shrubs, Drip Rotor or Spray, Zone location on the property and valve box locations then I label the property/address across the top and throw it in a binder.
Something like this is easy, just label it however you want to.
