If the engine is solid and hours original it's a ok deal?
If that engine needs replacing you looking at around 3k
So a good deal can become a bad deal. Things to look for play at drive shaft.
Look at hydro oil if it looks like it over flows, or milky color.look for leaks at PTO
Inspect blower impeller.... And if you have pictures we really can help you on your decision.
