The advantage you have in being the small competitor in your market is that you can deliver PERSONAL service. Most owners of bigger lawn care and landscaping companies never meet their clients.
I would really play this up as an advantage in your flyer, rather than just listing your services, motto and advertising a free estimate. This is what everyone does. Differentiate yourself.
Why not put a photo of yourself... AND highlight the fact that you provide personalized 1 on 1 service "not like the big guys".
They can ALWAYS reach you. You are their PERSONAL lawn butler.
