if you want to look professional do exactly what I said... introduce yourself and your company name to the receptionist and ask who you can speak to about landscaping on that property.. use google maps they have all the information right on there.. most property owners do not want their contact info given out for obvious reasons of not being solicited all day.. if you plan on getting a bunch of commercial accounts I highly suggest you have a license to do business, insurance that covers you for commercial landscaping and not just residential, and workers comp.. this is a requirement for higher end commercial accounts..
