My concern actually wasnt so much the mower but how the situation was handled by his dealer and BB. His dealer blew him off for months causing him to write and email BB with no response. He finally went public on LS and got help from BB, although it was handled very unprofessionally with no help from Craig(the customer). But I can understand his frustration.
