Thanks for the compliment! I might get crucified for suggesting this in a public forum, but IMO to achieve the look of MV, you need more than color temperature, you need hue also. 5500K will get you close, but you would need a blue/green lens, to get the true MV feel. Not offering an opinion on MV itself, I am sure they are as wide and varied as the lamp options themselves!
