Hopefully it comes with a battery. If you go to look at the mower, take the engine cover off. Check the cooling fins on the cylinder. That engine is notorious for leaking oil on the cooling fins on top, where you can't see them unless you take the plastic cover off. This little bit of oil that leaks is undetectable during oil changes usually, but will be enough to make a sticky surface that clippings, dirt, dust, etc... Will be easily stick to. After a few hundred hours of this, the fins will be so clogged that the engine will over heat and fail. I do not like this series of Kawasaki engine and always have to clean mine. Just make sure that this one is clean.
