I don't see any reason to try to clean that up, as you're not going to get what you want by trying to roll back a jpg that has drop shadows and the reflection. You can recreate that in as much time as you'll spend trying to clean it up as it's not really artwork, in the graphic design process sense. Those are standard elements put together (outlined font and two shapes with a gradient fill).
