I have a 48" on my 153 Takeuchi. Its a deep bucket that was built for an 18K machine. It handles it fine even loading trucks. Just know that if you get a big grading bucket, rest assured you will over work your machine. You say it will only be used for grading but trust me, if your like me and everyone else you find yourself using it for more than just grading. Although to me that sounds like a lot of bucket for that sized machine, it depends on what the capacity is. If its shallow that be better, but also remember the wider they are the more side load you put on your bucket and stick when your cutting grade in harder conditions (back to the over working the machine thing).
