Update. After sending Exmark a rather nasty email, the dealer called and told us to bring the mower back in and they would see what they could do. After setting the machine up to there specs, the height difference was 3/4" of an inch. Solution..... they cut 3/4" off the front casters. Yes, they cut 3/4" off the caster pivots and the caster yoke. Now, the entire caster pivot is only 4" to begin with so removing 3/4" is approx 20%. What in the world is that ???? The one part of the machine that arguably takes the most abuse has just had 20% of it's structure removed. Oh, well, back to Exmark.
