Utility trailers; better than gold, greenbacks, or real estate?
Over the years I've noticed that utility trailers seem to always hold their value. It's amazing to me how trailers (especially mid-size 5x10 or 6x12 ish) seem to avoid any depreciation. Often a times increasing in value over just a couple years. Buy a new truck, or mower and in a couple years its lost 20-30%.
Screw my Roth IRA. I'm investing it 5x10 utility trailers.
