Yes. How fast will depend on the severity of the outbreak. Zoysia is slow to recover from damage. Time heals all wounds. Your lawn will be susceptible to the disease when conditions are favorable for an outbreak from now on.
You can't control mother nature but you can do your part to help prevent an outbreak. Correct cultural practices(mowing, watering, etc...) will help.
