Perhaps there is an opportunity. Make a deal with a local lawn care company that is mailing out 5000 brochures in your area. Arrange to include a coupon or special offer that would be delivered to 5000 homes. Something that does not compete with his lawn care proposal. Say a free flower in a pot with any purchase of $5 or more. Good traffic builder--and most people will buy more than the minimum--if your store is well laid-out and your sales staff alert.
