Scotts--Greenview, Vigro most any fertilizer will do...if we assume it has about 50 percent of its nitrogen as urea and 50 percent of the nitrogen as slow release nitrogen. (30 percent of nitrogen as slow-release is more likely--its cheaper). Green up should occur in about 7 days, (provided soil is kept moist). Be sure to follow the directions carefully--do not over dose it. It won't hurt the seed, so yes you can apply it now.
But it takes damage from over applying a few weeds to heal...be patient or resod the spots.

Better yet...call a pro...preferably an owner-operated outfit, if you want the best quality job.
