My mentor when I was in high school told me to think like that and business will be gold. Sure every now and then the customer might be asked to pay a couple extra hundred dollars for new straw or mulch. Maybe a spring flower every now and then when they want it...but if your not knocking on their door asking for money every time you come they're alot more likely to hand over a check when its needed.
