Cooked an 8 lb boston butt in 11 hours...right thru the all day rains..and thunderstorms..
That smoker sheds water like a duck and held 250 all day long..
Melt in your mouth pulled pork..moist and tender..
It will cook around 100 8lb butts at the same time..
Almost ready for prime time...

I did a boston butt a week or 2 ago on the weber. Used some apple chips for smoke and cooked it for 5-6 hrs, turned out great. A friend turned me on to North Carolina sauce (not red sauce!) a few years ago and thats what I usually do now.
