way we do it now is determine that '"X" property will get 23 cuts out of 26 potential cuts, take the cut price. multiply by 23 and then divide the total by 6 months, this gives the client 6 equal monthly payments, and you know your revenue flow each and every month.
the estate lots we service who water every other day get a monthly price based on no skipped weeks, but in the contract it states that if we deem in necessary to not cut, we wont, but they do not get a refund.
