i agree...2600/month for 60 properties seems incredibly cheap. also you need to consider a few things when a potential customer asks you to match the previous companies price. why is that company no longer servicing the property/properties? is the price they're telling you accurate/honest? I've been told that the previous lco was servicing properties on a few occasions and the prices were sometimes less than half what my rate would have been. mowing is competitive in my area so i find it unlikely. they were telling the truth. i wouldn't be surprised if that was the case in you're current situation. the bottom line is this- you need to turn a profit. don't work for less than you feel is profitable and worth you're time.
