We have underground utilities where I live, and I know several "educated" people who are planting stuff and see where the NID is on the house, go right below that and whack their phone lines. I guess they didn't realize that black wire that led straight into the ground went somewhere... Plus they weren't too happy to get a $200 bill from the telco to splice their service.
You would think a "landscaper" would be smart enough to realize to look and scratch around in the dirt, but... you just never can assume! haha...

so If I were to use round up on that heavily of an overgrown bed would it require any other treatment I mean as far as returning later in the week to rake the dead grass out or till or just spray it and be done? thanks. as far as being licensed I have a few buddies that are which I can pay to come spray.
