Stella D' Oras are very popular in blvds around here and they are not watered as far as I know... They are in bloom right now and look nice but they're alternated with something of foliage interest all season long,,, but I can't think what it is...
I would be concerned about the emerald thuja giving up after a couple of dry spells in full sun...
