Employee Retention Rate
Would like to hear some of your retention rates when hiring employees. For example; Are 1 out of every 6 employees you hire turn out to be a reliable seasonal employee?
I have 4 employees with (1) stuck around from last year. I had to interview about 23 people to find those 3, who ended up being referrals from contacts. When I was hiring I was not having a high success rate in finding potential employees.
