If it were true that seed starts to die if it dries out,,, there would be no grasses germinating anywhere in the world outside the rain forests... last 2 years I got germination during the dry Oct. and I imagine the heavy dew had a lot to do with it...
Now that I know that clay's texture(platelets) has nothing to do with water infiltration, percolation, or drainage
,,, I wonder what does...
