Listen to my needs or jobs machine will do. Talk to me not at me. I realize cells phones are needed but if I silence mine and don't take the call I would assume he can show the same respect. Being honest about warranty work, issues, or telling me that machine is prone to issues how about ba ba ba type of thing. Or telling that's a 2012 model, and have the same price on it as the 2014.
