Are you sure that's not $200 per week? 4 hours X $50 = $200…$800 for 4 mows or $1000 for 5 mows depending on how many mowings you have in that particular month…some have 4 some have 5.

If you are bidding $1200 per month, do you still charge the same price for the months when you have to mow 5 times instead of 4 times?

Sounds to me like you might be bidding $300 per week and the other guy is bidding $200 per week.
