my 2 key guys have been with me for 2 years. they still green, but pick things up very fast. i'm very thankful to have those 2.

but, i've gone through dozens of duds through the years.
Man, I feel your pain. I've been through 5 or 6 guys in the last 5 years, spend several months to get them competent enough to send out to do the basic stuff on their own, add the cost of the training and the license and then 2 months later they quit, long before I've recouped my investment in them. It's just a waste of time and money but I can't keep doing this stuff alone. Employees give me ulcers.
