I do think it is good enough to put on lawns and will do a great job. It may not be perfect compost but it will do fine.

How do you know that bagged compost is of great quality.

If you what to know what weeds are in the compost put some in your window and water it. I don't think a soil test will tell you what weeds are in the soil.
