Well, I do most of my customers leaves 3-6 times depending on the property and the amount of trees on the property. To mulch them every two weeks, I usually charge 2x the price of mowing. We're actually there about the same amount of time as we are there just mowing because we're not weedeating but we are blowing out the flowerbeds. So it kinda cancels out. On the final cleanup of the season, we usually do roof and gutters and also do a more thorough cleanup. I usually charge about 4x the price of mowing for the final cleanup and also charge a fee for roof / gutters (that price depends on size of house and accessibility). This is why I love doing leaves. I actually make more money than I do at regular mowing with not much more time involved.
