If downtime and slow server responses is your thing, as well as sharing an IP address with 800+ other websites is a great fit for what amounts to the 24/7, marketing face of your company. GoDaddy is an abomination.
I recall looking at Papercutter's slow site, and downtime issues, and I think his WordPress site had something along those lines.
To me, trusting GoDaddy to consistently serve up a site is along the lines of thinking a son-in-law is the perfect hire. Lol For a small percentage, it may work out.
And, please, don't touch their add-on marketing and SEO services. You're just setting fire to your money.
