I should also add that the exmark walkbehind in my signature is pretty much toast, it needs lots of work and it is a belt drive which i have never really liked compared to a hydro, looking to sell that or possibly fix it as a backup.

And the 52 exmark Lazer z HP is only worth around 4k fixed up, and it needs all new wheel motors and hydro pumps and a starter, about 3-3.5k for a mower that has 1700 hours on it... thinking it would be smarter to offload real cheap and get a new machine. Because like I said, I am going to be very busy so efficiency is a high priority, as well as a new dependable mower.
