I'm not in the shrub app business so mixing a bucket for each shrub based on height will take time. I don't have my equipment calibrated well enough to know if I spray for xx minutes I out out xx gallons of mix.
I've used safari in the past and sprayed shrubs til they were good and wet. But this did not control scale.
That's surprising. On plants that have not been soil treated with imidacloprid, my get out of jail card is Safari as a foliar. Even better is Tri-Star. I apply those with an acidifying penetrating surfactant like LI 700.
