My dad had a Suzuki mini dump truck at his place in Montana and while it had its uses it had really low ground clearance and tiny tires that didn't work with the rocky ground at his place. He didn't want to lift it as he was concerned with stability off-road. It was street legal, but going more than about 40 mph on the road was a white knuckle experience. He now has a Kubota RTV and likes it much better. Diesel, hydrostatic drive, a/c, heat and a dump bed. It's also licensed in MT for the street. The main disadvantage is the 25 mph top speed but he mostly uses it on his place. It cost about twice as much as the mini truck but he felt the advantages of the RTV were worth it.
That's why I was wondering why you would even consider a mini truck for around your property.
Riva have heat dumping beds etc. Higher ground clearance
